ShippingShipping calculations will be calculated at the time of check once your shipping address has been provided to us. Some items are stock and shipped by 3rd parties. We ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only. PO Boxes are not valid for shipping our products. Once your order is shipped you will receive a billing receipt which will include your tracking information. It is possible for an order with multiple items to ship from different locations in which case you may receive a separate billing receipt email with tracking information for each delivery. You can track your shipments at any time by following the tracking link in your order fulfillment email. Free shipping method is drop shipped unless otherwise indicated on the item.
SALES TAX POLICY
Sales over the internet / Internet Vendors, such as Marc Pridmore Designs and sales made by Marc Pridmore Designs initiated through this internet website are required to collect sales tax in any state where the company has a physical presence or is registered to collect tax, thus we charge sales tax in California only. If you are a reseller in California and wish to purchase products for resale, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 714-540-6272.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
When you place an order with us, we authorize your credit or debit card to ensure available funds / credit at the time of your purchase. A hold will be placed on the funds in the amount of your order total until the order is fulfilled. In the event of an authorized cancellation, the length of time to remove a funds authorization from your credit / debit card is entirely determined by the financial institution or issuer of your card.

Credit Card Processing and Security. Our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. We use the latest 128-bit encryption technology to keep your personal information safe, including your user name, password, credit card number and expiration date. The encryption process takes personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the internet. If you experience fraudulent use of your credo card as a result of using your credit to make a purchase through Marc Pridmore Designs, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with it’s reporting rules and procedures. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution that receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
Orders are processed in the order received. Each manufacturer has a turnaround time for in-stock items to be processed and shipped based on their current order queue. Most in-stock items are processed within 5 business days, however may not be available for a carrier to pick up for up to 3 weeks. Most items ship within 2 weeks of order. If you’d like to check on an items availability and turnaround time, please contact us by phone at 714-540-6272 and we are happy to check availability on your specific item. Availability can only be given for that moment and may change by the time you enter your order. The agent or Marc Pridmore Designs cannot be held responsible for unforeseen factory or shipping delays.
OUT OF STOCK AND BACKORDER ITEMS
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in-fact be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. You will have the option to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Your credit card will not be charged until the back ordered item arrives back in stock and is fulfilled. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 2-4 weeks, but certain items such as new and end of life products can take longer or may never become available, in which case we will cancel your order and your card will not be charged. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory and are ordered from the stated manufacturer at the time of your purchase.
